Unfortunately, certain parts of this scheme have gone into disrepair. Some residents are in an uproar and griping about lack of promised infrastructures. The developer allegedly built more housing than were planned into a certain area. This has led glut, overcrowding and other anti-social situation.
I did a study on the ideal size for an estate and I am convinced that the ideal size of an estate should be no more than 20 houses. The lesser the better.
